The +project and +association as a local business franchise and a Global Tournament

To allow a country, a region or a person to create their own +project and +association, is something very attractive for the +project, because the idea is to spread the concept and make work the idea.
But in the other side is it can be used for fraud to take donations, and other misuses; for that reason is very advisable that a country, a region or a person to create their own +project and +association.

If we can get a specific person create their own +project and/or +association, for a short period of time, because he has the energy and motivation, for personal satisfaction to advertise an University or Industry; is OK too.

The important is the compromise with the vision, the finality; and the compromise to store the history of the strategy used, the pro and cons, etc.
