The normal procedure of creation of new +associations that protect the project to be under a negative underground group

The +project, recognize the existence of difference underground groups, and recollect, and deeply respect, keeping intact all the theories about the working of the world and creation based on different underground groups.

There are several underground groups with different levels of support and antagonisms against humanity or human groups, because the +project represents the survival and protection of the global humanity in a positive and responsible way, there is a unavoidable possibility underground groups take the control of the +project, the +association and the groups of specialties and strategies that shape the +association that manages the +project. This is a normal procedure of organization.
In the same way if a negative underground group takes control of the association, the same will happen, and everyone will see it as a normal produre, avoiding the possibility that underground group block the work and advance of the project.
 
Of course there will be a lot of conflicts all the time and at all levels, because many local problems will displace to the +association and the +project; but in the case of a real take of control of the current +association for any underground group with dark intentions, the answer to divide it will be immediate without cost and without any conflict with the +project, because several +assocaitions and their groups are allows,.the encrypted codes will change and the communication of the new +association will be protected and safe, becaues that is the normal way a new association is created, as an independent organization, but under the organization of the +project.

And in the same way once the reason to separate in another +association dissapear, that +association can dissapear, the different +association can join again, with the man +association, has the same rights and priority that any other +association.
The main +association has the responsibility to allow any other +association to join again with him, but the secondary +associations don't to fuse two secondary +association, is necessary a negotiation and agreement previously to their fusion, because the secondary +association is created with a specific purpose, that maybe can not be shared by another secondary +association.

There will be some measures that will not avoid the misuse of negative underground groups but will allow to detect groups; in example for forum managers:
An underground negative forum manager will drop interesting topics, will demotivate participation, will include members that will make negative pressure, usuging negative verbalization, in their nick names and phrases at the end of their posts that shows and harmless comments.
In that sense all forum managers must monitor periodically the other forum manager for incoherent behaviour. If in some moment a bad forum manager is detected, checking the qualification of other forum managers that qualified them, and membrs could find a pattern to detect the presence of a negative group in the association.
