The +project will enrich the product information in the ways they will benefit to the humanity:
- Qualifications of Attributes, to avoid only to be evaluated by the kind of product and services; this is important to avoid a good product be ignored because it is only evaluated by its type and price.
It includes the creation of qualification in example for consumption direct and indirect consumption of product in their creation and use.
- The history, to enrich the relation and connections with people.
- The technologies, the technologies available to create the product and the technologies used.
- Etc.
These will help to motivate consumers to buy  better products, so the industry produce better products, moving from strategy of price to the strategy of integrated quality.

The +project and +association as a local business franchise and a Global Tournament

To allow a country, a region or a person to create their own +project and +association, is something very attractive for the +project, because the idea is to spread the concept and make work the idea.
But in the other side is it can be used for fraud to take donations, and other misuses; for that reason is very advisable that a country, a region or a person to create their own +project and +association.

Analyzing the +association in a country is something more realistic in short term, will help to highlight the local values, in example in training in the course of self defense should raise their own traditions, and culture; would support innovation from his own country, an will take interest in their own +agents of +change.

The important is the compromise with the vision, the finality; and the compromise to store the history of the strategy used, the pro and cons, etc.
In that sense the main +project , that can be hold in several places, +projects and +association, should not have any thing against that, meanwhile they communicate their members they belong to a bigger +project, and they know the principles of that bigger +project.
If there is misuse of the +project, abuse of power, money theft, restrictions to +global +agents of +change, that is going to happen anyway, the point is even all the bad thing that can happen the idea of improvement of the humanity advance; and anyway the +agent of +change will know there is a bigger +project they can move to.

The rules for the process of creating, modifying and separating groups of +agents of change from the +project.
The +project represent a global asset of +patents and courses, that clearly belongs to the world, these are under the management  of the main +associations, but hey belong to the world, an can be used by any country.

 1) Providing historic information about the problem
 2) Providing a summarized suggestion of how this should be faced.
 3) The suggestion will include without summarizing the main opinion of the +project, plus different opinions of the different groups that has an opinion, in addition to the main. These will be send to affected groups of the problem.
4) Any local individual, member or association from that country could give a commentary, objection; and  they will receive an answer.
5) The +project additional will store historic data of the problem, instead of storing a personal opinion of a member of the +project, it will include information organized so that opinion will be obvious,  but without saying it verbally, this is important to help the objectivity and positive position of the +project.

At the end for every problem, there will be information of the problem, the suggestion, the receiver of the communication of the +project, the following communication and comment, and finally the way this problem was faced. An if in the future this has future consequences this will be added to this file. Then this will be classified for future reference under the type of juncture.

One example could be the problem of the price of gasoline in Perú nowadays, because it affects the economy of Peru and indirectly the Global economy.
Even when it is a global management based in knowledge, it will require a lot of work, of coordination, rules of communication, complaints of different  groups for "interference" in their decisions, etc. These means a lot of fun :)

The normal procedure of creation of new +associations that protect the project to be under a negative underground group

The +project, recognize the existence of difference underground groups, and recollect, and deeply respect, keeping intact all the theories about the working of the world and creation based on different underground groups.

There are several underground groups with different levels of support and antagonisms against humanity or human groups, because the +project represents the survival and protection of the global humanity in a positive and responsible way, there is a unavoidable possibility underground groups take the control of the +project, the +association and the groups of specialties and strategies that shape the +association that manages the +project. To get the +project to move to a specific goal.

For that reason is the +project is based on one or more association, and the +project will keep the register of the evolution of the different +association, for any new +association that could be created.
And the +association is created in a very flexible manner over groups of specialties and strategies.

 In example, the president of the association and all the groups decide there is a priority of migrating to mars and other group has the priority to reduce the hungry in the planet, a situation that can't be solved, immediately the members who don't want to negotiate a intermediate solution; they don't need to continue the discussion they in a normal, acceptable, and correct procedure, they can separate in another association and work with that members in that other strategy, without fights, conflicts, neither feelings of offense or rejection. This is a normal procedure of organization.
In the same way if a negative underground group takes control of the association, the same will happen, and everyone will see it as a normal produre, avoiding the possibility that underground group block the work and advance of the project.
 
Of course there will be a lot of conflicts all the time and at all levels, because many local problems will displace to the +association and the +project; but in the case of a real take of control of the current +association for any underground group with dark intentions, the answer to divide it will be immediate without cost and without any conflict with the +project, because several +assocaitions and their groups are allows,.the encrypted codes will change and the communication of the new +association will be protected and safe, becaues that is the normal way a new association is created, as an independent organization, but under the organization of the +project.

And in the same way once the reason to separate in another +association dissapear, that +association can dissapear, the different +association can join again, with the man +association, has the same rights and priority that any other +association.
The main +association has the responsibility to allow any other +association to join again with him, but the secondary +associations don't to fuse two secondary +association, is necessary a negotiation and agreement previously to their fusion, because the secondary +association is created with a specific purpose, that maybe can not be shared by another secondary +association.

There will be some measures that will not avoid the misuse of negative underground groups but will allow to detect groups; in example for forum managers:
An underground negative forum manager will drop interesting topics, will demotivate participation, will include members that will make negative pressure, usuging negative verbalization, in their nick names and phrases at the end of their posts that shows and harmless comments.
In that sense all forum managers must monitor periodically the other forum manager for incoherent behaviour. If in some moment a bad forum manager is detected, checking the qualification of other forum managers that qualified them, and membrs could find a pattern to detect the presence of a negative group in the association.
Remember the choice of the +association is not to avoid their participation, else to allow and to detect them, to identify and to protect +agents of +change.
Remembers this is a big game never one underground will win, the best is to have a good set of strategies.
