Why the positive attitude is the basement of the project?

Less than a century ago slavery was accepted as an institution in most countries, as a global world, there are too many injustice that were commmited between countries, business, institutions, social groups, etc. All of the having severe consequences for the victims. Even in the present.
If we only start to analyze the real an serious situation that really justify a compensation, where a country or group of people suffered an injustice and needs a compensate for the damage they received from another group of people. 
They are too much and the damage is too big, that in most cases can't be compensated and in consequences never will be compensated, they either received neither an apologize.
For that reason is necesary a positive attitude, as the only chance, the need of an optimistic attitude, the recognition between societies and social groups, the empathy, a new beggining, a mental creation of a division between the past and a new future, a global new future, where all country and people are the same.

Only with this positive attitude, we can create a global goverment based on information management. the project will govern globally through the knowledge; giving the correct goals, the corrects systems, functions and process to do specific tasks. And will be recognized as a global goverment because their positive attitude, responsibility, dedication, foresight, recognition of individuality, recognition of freedom of choice, etc.

A project which first task is the positive and responsible services to the humanity.

The negotiation with the requirements of security and individuality of every culture/country

The +project to reach the goal of survival of the +global humanity, register and negotiate the requirements of security and individuality of every culture/country.
The +project recognizes and takes extremely seriously all what a country set as a security priority and identify as an expression  of his uniqueness in the world, even when it only expresses the opinion of the president of that country and not necessarily of all the country.

In that sense the project analyze globally all this requirements, tries to consolidate in a single one plan, whenever is possible, suggest and negotiate modifications to allow a  global coexistence.

Al this information is transmitted to the +association to regulate their activities, because the association shares the goal of the +project, and is its priority the survival of the +global humanity.

The security includes a complex analysis because it must be coordinated with the requirements of privacy that requires each country against each other and against the citizens to recognize risks of security, and the right of privacy that represent the security and protection of the citizens against the goverments.
