The creation, evolution and separation of the prototypes or organization of the +project

The +association is an example of a prototype,
Every prototype will be designed, and if implemented will be stored as it is with the pros and cons detected.
Approximately if every 10 or 20 years, this could be totally restructured, and that information will be stored, for future analysis, an for historic information.

If a prototype, i.e. an +association decides to change completely his organization and become any other thing, if they do under the +project, then it will be a prototype, if it separates of the +project, then it will have to change to anything else,  but can't use the name of the prototypes of the +project.

What is being set here, is if one organization that belongs to the project, decides to move to another thing, like a business will do, they can do, they are free to do, and there will be no argumentation from the +project, except the use of the name of the +project and set clearly they are not part of the +project.

Of course if they received donations, they got patents, and they are taking for another purpose, maybe because they got a very good patent that will become they rich, that will be a problem that should be negotiated with other groups of the +project, and the countries around the world, the administration of the +project will inform of that situation, but as was set previously the administration of the +project and +association are not get involved in monetary issues they are the system that nurture and care of the groups of the +project, and that groups take care of that. The +project will not take part neither positions about assets or money, is a group dedicate to service +agents of +global +change; and this is positive in the situation there is a hard problem for money or assets between groups of the +project, the fact that the +project has not part on that helps to moderate and relieve the problems.

The rules for the process of creating, modifying and separating groups of +agents of change from the +project.
The +project represent a global asset of +patents and courses, that clearly belongs to the world, these are under the management  of the main +associations, but hey belong to the world, an can be used by any country.
It can or cannot include all the assets of a group that joins the +association, for that reason there should be a very clear and signed agreement of a group before integrating the +project, of what will happen with all their work, patents they created, and money they gather :
-if they dissolve in the future.
-if they decide to create a business to make reality an invention, i.e a car to travel between planets.
-if they decide to close definetively their relation with the +project but continue as a group.
-the same, but if it is about a member with patents or money who decides to retire from the +project or +association, etc.
