The importance of the +individuality in a +global community

The +individuality is the existence of the humanity in different groups.
The +individuality of each person, is the initial structure that creates all the +global society.

The +individuality happens at different levels: personal, family, society, cultures, country, etc.
That +individuality is what creates groups that supports, helps and protects themselves.
That +individuality creates a positive competition.
That +individuality creates solidarity when each group helps to the other.

Each +association raises his individuality presenting to the world the treasure, that represents his history and contribution to the +global community.

To raise, respect and represent the +individuality of each person and each country, is one of the primal tasks of the +project and +association.

It could be senseless to promote a "not the best" behavior in a country or person, but that is not the decision of the +project or +association;
sometimes the presence of a person who don't have manners help other to watch their own manners,
sometimes the raise of better and new changes, comes from groups that reach bottom of personal or social problems,

In long term, the good and bad things becomes confused,
 a country with wars and natural disasters has a better infraestructure to help their citizens in emergencies.
 a country that commited mistakes and weren't the best model for the +global community, can be the one that understand and respect more other countries.
 a country with some social injustices can force other countries to set legal structures to reach that situation

Many culture had live as slaves of other cultures and only through several stages of improvement, they got a state of relative equality; even then there are problems, there is the need to sacrifice in childre his wellbeing, to create minor conflicts in schools mixing cultures, to avoid a complete separation of cultures.

The +association represent the unconditional and positive attitude from humans to humans.
The +association doesn't judges that process, because the +association understands that many things we see as normal and fair will be unfair and unnatural in one or two centuries. That understandint is what creates the respect to the individuality, to the process of learning of each country and the +global community.

What the +associations does is to promote a positive improvement in the relations and functioning, showing the consequences of the current behaviour compared with better options, to help the survival of the humanity, the individuality must evolve by themselves.

The individuality is the existence of humanity in each different level, to destroy it is like destroying each human, to respect the individuality at each level: as a person, as a family, as a cuture, as a society, as a country, etc. Even when they are not doing the correct thing is the primordial respect for the life, the mental life of the humans.
There are other global and local institutions that fight for the rights and justicies, but that is not the work of the +association, the +association representes the unconditional and positive attitude from humans to humans, that respects the individuality and suggest and push to all the individualities of the +global community to be positive and responsible with each other.

Is true that some member of the +association will belong to other instituions, and that is unevitable, that will push to one or to another side the society, but that is their society and that is their right to modify them.
The +association is like a role, like to be a father, or to be an employee or to be a friend; in each one a person act differently; in the same way, the +association represent the role when the person who belongs the +association remembers his reponsbility to be positive to all the humans, no matter how correct, how wrong, how good or evil they could have been, they have to give a change a place to return in the humanity to allow all the humans to exists positively and reponsible; because meanwhile the technology evolves, is necessary only one human to create a cathastrophe, only one human rejected unjustily, at least from his perspective, from the society and with a deep feeling of revenge to destroy a family, a culture, a society or even a complete planet.
And that understanding is what makes every member of the +association to return to the primal principle to care of each individual, his family, his culture and society; respect them and push them toward a +positive and +responsible society, who is based in the intelligence of groups that specializes in +strategy, +social values and behavior and +professional specialties.
