The System of reception and share of information of the +project

The project will receive and distribute the information according to all the areas it covers.

1) Problems, needs and request of Inventions
In example if there is a problem like helicopters that performs better in high altitudes without oxygen.
2) Request of donation
If there is a need of donations, then it will be redirected and proposed to the ONGs registered in the project in the Global Management of Donation, that prioritizes the donations and shares programs to increase effectiveness of work executed by ONGs and other organizations.
3) Availability of Specialized Equipment
Around the world there is very expensive equipment that accelerate the investigations, in the case these equipment is available (usually at some cost) it will be offered in the related association (speciality)

Etc.

Because there can be one or more +project plus their +association at different levels, government, universities, even personal.
Is the responsibility of the +project to reach them, receive the information and distribute it effectively.
